Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We ship to 3 countries: Portugal and Spain (European Union) and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in the currency of the market you select, with taxes as configured for that market.

Delivery time and cost

• — Production & personalisation: 1–3 business days before dispatch, then 5–8 business days of tracked delivery.
• — European Union (EUR): Standard Tracked Delivery €4.99 · free on orders from €45.00 · 5–8 business days.
• — United Kingdom (GBP): Standard Tracked Delivery £4.99 · free on orders from £45.00 · 5–8 business days.
• — Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The final rate and the delivery options for your address are confirmed at checkout, before you pay.
• — Delivery time varies by product, destination and fulfilment location. The delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout, and you can ask us for the expected timing of a specific product before ordering. Some items are shipped by international suppliers, including suppliers located in China.
• — An order with several items may therefore arrive in separate parcels, at different times, when those items are fulfilled from different locations. Nothing is missing from your order if that happens.
• — Tracking, where the selected service provides it, is emailed once the parcel is collected.
• — Purchases within the EU are sold to you by VALLENT & CO. with EU taxes handled at checkout. Where an order is shipped from outside the EU and any customs or import charge could apply, this is shown or explained before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Please contact us at support@vallentandco.com before returning any product. We will confirm your return and send the correct address and instructions. Do not send a parcel to a supplier address printed on the packaging.

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, plus your statutory rights if a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract. The full detail — who pays return shipping, exclusions, and how refunds are issued — is in our Refund & Return Policy.
